¡¡¡¡Regulations of Safety Usage of Electricity, Water
and Piping Gas of Yihe Shanzhuang
According to the regulations of safety usage of electricity,
water and piping gas of the province and city, and deal
with our own situation, we make the rules and regulations
as follows:
1. Electricity and water which are public supplied by the
electricity and water supplying company are charged by the
management company; those supplied individually are managed
by the electricity and water supplying company; the piping
gas system is managed by the city gas company, other unit
cannot involve in without license.
2. Residents should turn off the switches of electric equipment,
gas and water in order to avoid accident.
3. All the electric wire, water and gas pipes are designed
and installed exquisitely, residents cannot change at random.
If it is really necessary, please notice the management
company, and they will let the professionals to do it.
4. If residents need to add electric capacity, they must
apply for the management company, and the company or related
department will check to see whether it accords with the
demand of adding capacity. If it is really necessary, residents
should pay for the adding charge according to the prescripts
of the electricity supplying company.
5. There is a max electric power for each unit, please do
not exceed the max limit of accumulative power, and do not
use all electricity equipments at the same time.
6. The following stealing behaviors will be punished:
1) Adding electric capacity privately, or make circuit error,
fined RMB300 to RMB800, and except for compensate the caused
damage, the one also need to apply for adding electric capacity
procedure again.
2). Installing electric meter, water and gas privately,
or plug electricity, water and gas without going through
the meter, the one will be stop using at the spot, and charged
the electricity, water and gas fees according to the capacitance
full load and entering date, fined RMB1000-2000.
3). Opening the sealing of electricity, water and gas meters
to change the power working and affect the counting, one
will be charged the electricity, water and gas fees according
to power load and entering date, and fined RMB1000-2000
each.
4). using the electricity, water and gas meters, no matter
the time length, one will be charged the electricity, water
and gas fees according to capacitance and entering date,
and fined 10 times of the charge.
5). Changing water, gas pipe and power wires (including
communication and CATV system) privately, one should correct
according to the actual situation, and fined RMB500-1000.
7. Residents who break the regulations of safety usage of
electricity, water and gas, refuse the check of the management
company, or not adopt safety usage of electricity, water
and gas opinions and measures to cause accidents or cause
any damage for other owners or tenements, compensate the
damage and make the punishment according to related prescripts.
